Bronson Reed may well be main roster bound, at least that’s the speculation after his recent dark match following the Smackdown tapings.
But before arriving on either RAW or Smackdown, the former NXT North American Champion has revealed that he already has a target in mind.
When asked on his main roster opponent of choice on El Brunch de WWE, The Colossal One was direct in singling out current WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns:
It would be Roman Reigns. Straight away. Straight to the Tribal Chief, the Head of the Table. I’ll take him on.
Reed, who dropped the North American strap to Isiah Swerve Scott on the most recent episode of NXT, also highlighted Smackdown as his preferred destination, should a call-up be in his near future:
That’s a tough choice. I think both have benefits, but if I had to choose, if I had to leave the black and gold in NXT, I’d probably say the blue brand.
Time will tell whether the Australian powerhouse does indeed make his move away from NXT, but with Vince McMahon having recently visited the Performance Centre, reportedly to scout for new talent, there’s every chance that Reed could indeed get his chance against The Tribal Chief.
