Brock Lesnar has turned on Cody Rhodes in stunningly brutal fashion.
After Triple H addressed fans as Raw began he introduced Roman Reigns. But Reigns, Paul Heyman, and Solo Sikoa were quickly joined by Cody Rhodes. The American Nightmare asked for a rematch with Reigns but had to make do with a tag team match. The only catch was that whoever teamed with him wouldn’t be able to challenge for the World Title while Reigns was champion and they had to have competed at WrestleMania.
This brought out Brock Lesnar, who due to losing to Reigns at SummerSlam already can’t challenge for the gold again.
Fast forward to the main event and Lesnar attacked Cody Rhodes before the match could even start. A stunned Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa then left the ring, letting the brutal assault play out.
The Beast delivered Suplexes, F-5’s, he smashed Rhodes with a steel chair, put him through the announce table with another F-5, and launched him onto the ring steps.
As officials swarmed the ring the demolition continued, Lesnar only leaving when he decided when he was done.
The show went off the air with Lesnar giving a double one-fingered salute to Adam Pearce, Cody Rhodes, and the utter carnage that lay in the ring.
