Brock Lesnar Seen At The Gym Looking Ripped

Former WWE Champion Recalls Brutal Brock Lesnar Spot That Left Fans Wincing:

A new image of Brock Lesnar has surfaced, showing the former WWE Champion in peak physical form.

Lesnar hasn’t been on TV since losing to Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2023. He was slated to return at last year’s Royal Rumble, but plans had to be changed as he was named in the Vince McMahon-Janel Grant lawsuit.

Since there are no official updates from WWE or the man himself. Brock is famous for being a very reclusive person who likes to keep his personal life away from the spotlight.

Fans have had to rely on occasional glimpses from rare public appearances or fan interactions.

One such sighting took place when a fan shared of Brock Lesnar attending a private event with his wife, Sable, and was seen sporting a new look.

Now, a recent photo shared by a fan account on Instagram shows The Beast Incarnate at a gym where he looks to be in great shape, sporting his long hair and Viking-like beard look, showing that time away from TV definitely hasn’t affected his physique.

Currently, there is no official timeline or update for his return to the WWE, but current photos suggest that The Beast Incarnate is ready whenever the time comes.

Brock Lesnar And Daughter Mya Become 2nd Father-Daughter Duo To Win NCAA Titles

Mya, like her father, is an athletic prodigy.

She recently won her second NCAA title when she won first place in her chosen sport, Shot Put, at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championship 2025. She had also won the same title in 2024.

While that itself is a very impressive feat, the victory made her and Brock Lesnar, who had won the NCAA Heavyweight Wrestling Championship in 2000, the second father-daughter duo to win NCAA titles.

The first duo to achieve this landmark was Jerry Tarr, who in 1962 won NCAA titles in the 120 and 440-yard hurdles, and his daughter Sheila Tarr, who won the heptathlon in 1984.
