Britt Baker Drops Definitive Hint On Her Future While Meeting AEW Star

Britt Baker making entrance on AEW Dynamite

Former AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker has dropped a major update on her future.

Last seen in her win against Penelope Ford on the 13th November episode of Dynamite, Baker has been missing from televised appearances since. Following her return last year in 2024, Baker has only wrestled five matches. Previously reported to be on a hiatus, she recently dropped a definitive hint on her future.

Spotted in All Elite Wrestling star Sammy Guevara’slatest vlog on YouTube, Baker and Guevara engaged in a conversation. Discussing when they last met each other, the duo later finished their conversation with when they can meet each other again.

Sammy Guevara: Okay, Britt, well it was good to see you, good to talk to you.

Britt Baker: Good to see you, we’ll hopefully see you soon. Yeah, hopefully. Yeah, maybe in six years.”

The ex-champion further joked that it might not take that long, and the duo can hopefully meet each other before six years.

“Totally. Maybe not another six years.”

While this does not guarantee Baker’s return to the Jacksonville-based promotion, it surely raised hopes amongst Baker’s fans about her potential return ahead of All In Texas, where she was recently challenged to a match by her long-time rival.

Thunder Rosa Challenges Britt Baker To A Stipulation Match

Speaking on Thunder Rosa’s recent vlog on her YouTube channel, the former champion challenged Britt Baker in a Hair vs. Hair match for AEW All In: Texas.

“I throw a challenge. Just a little challenge. Hair versus hair, you know, against my nemesis Britt Baker for All In. And the reason why I’m doing it is, one, well, because I know there’s money on the table. But two, she’s bonded by blood with me. She cannot get rid of my name no matter what happens, ever. And that gives me a lot of pleasure, too,”
