Brian Myers Signs With IMPACT Wrestling

Brian Myers

Former WWE Superstar Brian Myers (previously known as Curt Hawkins) has revealed on his Twitter account that he has officially signed a contract with IMPACT Wrestling.

Myers attached a picture taken of the signed contract, also thanking IMPACT President Eddie Nordholm for the deal – more specifically the financial incentive attached! No details of the deal have been revealed.

Myers had a brief run as TNA Tag Team Champion alongside Trevor Lee in 2015 when IMPACT was involved in a cross-promotional deal with Global Force Wrestling. When released by WWE in April 2020, he joined IMPACT Wrestling once again and took on the new persona of “The Most Professional Wrestler”. Most recently, he scored a DQ victory against Josh Alexander on the Dec. 15 edition of IMPACT.

There’s clearly an air of confidence in Myers for 2021, his comments revealing that he has “a massive chip on his shoulder”, he’s looking to prove his wrestling prowess for “Eddie” on the IMPACT brand.

Thanks for the money Eddie. You just made the best decision of your life. You now have a workhorse in the prime of his career with a massive chip on his shoulder signed to your roster. The Most Professional Wrestler. @IMPACTWRESTLING is now mine.

Brian has been wrestling since 2004 when he wrestled for New York Wrestling Connection (NTWC) alongside Brett Matthews (aka Zack Ryder). Since, he has had runs in WWE, PWG, TNA, Global Force Wrestling and various Independent promotions, before this most recent residence for Myers with IMPACT wrestling.
