For many years fans touted Bray Wyatt as the heir to The Undertaker’s creepy WWE thrown.
While the pair met at WrestleMania 31 their match was hampered by an injury to Wyatt and The Undertaker was past his peak. This meant that the ‘passing of the torch’ that many hoped for never really happened there or in their later battle at Survivor Series 2015.
However, it appeared that The American Badass attempted to right some wrongs on the 30th anniversary of Monday Night Raw.
Bray Wyatt Thanks The Undertaker
On the show, LA Knight came to the ring and ran down the legends backstage. Unsurprisingly, The Undertaker didn’t take kindly to the comments and came to the ring on his motorbike with Kid Rock blasting for the first time in years. Knight backed out of the ring but was met on the ramp by Bray Wyatt. This forced Knight back into the ring and into the clutches of ‘Taker. As the WWE Hall of Famer ramped up for a Chokeslam he shared a knowing look with Wyatt and threw Knight to the star.
Wyatt dispatched his rival with a Sister Abigail before The Undertaker went to leave. As the veteran left he paused to whisper in Wyatt’s ear which left the star visibly moved.
Posting on social media, Wyatt has now thanked Undertaker stating that the moment “justified a lifetime of sacrifices.”
“This moment justified a lifetime of sacrifices for me. A lifetime of people treating my uniqueness like it was a disease. Through all the bad times I never changed myself to fit anyone’s narrative. I’m proud of that. Thank you Taker. #SuckItLAKnight”

The Undertaker has seemingly been a fan of Bray Wyatt for years going back to their matches in 2015. It has been reported that ‘Taker told Vince McMahon after their match at WrestleMania 31 to “take care” of the star.
