Bray Wyatt Declares “I’ll See You All Very Soon”

Former WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt has given the clearest indication yet as to his future as he dropped some hints about his upcoming plans.

WWE has substantially cut their talent roster in 2021 with dozens of names from every brand of the company being released from their contracts. Perhaps the most surprising name of all from that list is that of former WWE Champion Bray Wyatt. Wyatt was released from his deal on the 31st of July, ending a decade-plus association with the company.

Bray Wyatt competed in his final match in WWE at WrestleMania 37 where he portrayed The Fiend for the last time. In the opening bout of Night 2 of The Show Of Shows, Wyatt fell to defeat at the hands of Randy Orton following a surprising intervention by Wyatt’s ally Alexa Bliss. The next night on RAW, Bray Wyatt hosted his final Firefly Funhouse segment and this was the last time the character was seen on WWE television.

Rumours have run amok as to Wyatt’s future especially with former WWE Superstars CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Ruby Soho, and Adam Cole all debuting for All Elite Wrestling in recent weeks.

Wyatt has been relatively quiet until now but taking to social media he responded to some fans who are keen to see the star compete once again:

“Everything will be clear. I’ll see you all very soon. Revenge is a confession of pain.”

“You’ve NEVER seen the real me”

Writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter recently, Dave Meltzer said that should Wyatt go with AEW, there has even been talk of him making his debut sooner rather than later. The report notes that the former WWE Superstar could appear at the September 29th edition of Dynamite held in Rochester, New York. The hometown of his late friend Brodie Lee.

“As far as Windham Rotunda, the former Bray Wyatt, it appears it’ll be there [IMPACT] or AEW. If it is AEW, the talk is that it would be on the 9/29 Dynamite in Rochester, NY, which is Brodie Lee’s home city. If not there or soon after, it would likely be here.”
