Braun Strowman

Former WWE Superstar Braun Strowman has taken to Instagram to share pictures of his incredible body transformation, as he aims to reach 375lbs.

Adam Scherr, known in professional wrestling as Braun Strowman, was shockingly released by WWE in June 2021 just weeks after competing for the Universal Championship at WWE’s WrestleMania Backlash. Despite his unexpected exit from the company the ‘Monster Among Men’ has kept an active social media presence, engaging with fans and sharing moments from his post WWE life.

Most recently, Strowman took to Instagram to share a video and pictures of his incredible physique. Currently weighing a mammoth 357lb, Braun reveals that he doesn’t plan on stopping there:

Diet update since I haven’t posted a progress pic in a bit. Trying a clean Ish bulk. After five meals today I was 357lbs in the scale. On my way to 370/375 ish then gonna turn it into granite!!!! Told y’all I ain’t playing around. #GiveMeAllTheCarbs #MassMonster #GrowBabyGrow #BodyBuilding #JackedTanAndJuicyAf #Titan #AdamScherr #LetsGooo #LetsGrow

Strowman, who was a professional Strongman prior to WWE, has always been known for his impressive physique and tremendous strength. In 2012, he would win the Arnold Amateur Strongman Championship.

This most recent post is not the first time Braun has shared his fitness journey online. In an October 2020 Instagram post, the former Universal Champion would share an image from his main roster debut in comparison to the present day, in an uplifting post that urges fans that fitness can lead to happiness:

Wow is all I can say!!! A fan put these two photos together the one on the left is me when I debuted on the main roster the one on the right is me 5 years later ( about three weeks ago I’m even leaner now 🤫) . The craziest thing is there’s only a 30lb difference in the two. Life is yours to make what you want of it!!! I fall in love with the gym more and more everyday. It’s been the one true constant in my life for almost two decades. I’ve enjoyed the ups and down the gains and losses and everything in between. I healthier you is a happier you. Set goals and crush them. And never forget IF YOU DONT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF THE WORLD WONT GIVE UP ON YOU!!!! #transformation #transformationtuesday #Motivation #LetsFreakingGo #GoalDigger #Jizzacked #FatBoyAbs

Strowman’s next move in the world of professional wrestling is not yet clear. Though previously stating that he had no desire to work anywhere but WWE, Braun has reportedly asked for a five figure fee when recently approached to appear on the independent scene.

Although no official news has been announced, Mark Henry, who recently joined AEW has expressed his interest at Strowman joining the company. However,it is believed that Braun Strowman is subject to the standard ninety-day non-compete clause following his WWE exit.
