WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has issued a public apology to ex-WWE star Paul London after London accused Booker of injuring him.
One man who prides himself on being a ‘safe worker’ inside the ropes is Booker T. However, former WWE Superstar Paul London has now disputed that claim, alleging that the star broke his nose. Furthermore, he says the former World Champion didn’t apologise for the incident.
During an appearance on Cafe de Rene with Rene Dupree, London mocked Booker over his claims:
“I had got my nose broken by [makes Booker T impression] and still to this day, has never apologized and has been in denial of it. ‘I never hurt nobody, I never hurt nobody.’ Oh yeah? You hurt me and you hurt Rene [Dupree]. But I guess your delusions are false.”
Now speaking on his Hall Of Fame podcast, Booker T has now issued an apology to the former WWE Tag Team Champion:
“I want to say, first and foremost, to Paul London, I apologise. Okay? If I did anything that you thought I did out of malice or if I hurt you, I apologise.”
Booker T’s apology comes on the back of other remarks Paul London made about turning down an “unflattering” offer from AEW to wrestle on the company’s YouTube shows.
