WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has turned fantasy booker as he picks two AEW stars that he says he’d love to see jump ship to WWE.
With Triple H taking charge of WWE following Vince McMahon’s retirement, the momentum in the pro wrestling world is currently firmly behind the sports entertainment behemoth.
The Game has already shown that he is willing to hire talent that he believes in with Dakota Kai, Karrion Kross, Scarlett, and Dexter Lumis all returning to the fold after previously being released by the company.
Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T has named two AEW stars that he’d like to see in Triple H’s company, one would see another ex-NXT star make a return and one would be making his debut in WWE:
“I’d love to see Wardlow, as well as Andrade, come back to WWE because he’s not doing anything significant in AEW — not saying that he’s not going out and performing. He’s performing, but you think about Andrade in WWE, and he had some star on him. He had some upside, but I don’t know. I could be wrong about this; I could be wrong.”
Andrade recently competed alongside his father-in-law Ric Flair in Flair’s final ever match while on AEW television he is once again aligned with Los Ingobernables’ stablemate Rush. Wardlow is the current TNT Champion and successfully defended his title against Jay Lethal at Battle Of The Belts III.
