Bobby Lashley entrance

Bobby Lashley is the winner of the 2023 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

The match was pure chaos from the opening bell with bodies flying every which way. The first of these bodies to fly over the top rope was that of former winner Baron Corbin. While, Rick Boogs, Otis, and Braun Strowman all shone at various points but were eventually unable to go the distance.

On the night LA Knight was undoubtedly the most popular man in the match, but he too couldn’t find a way to win.

In the end, it was Lashley who scored the victory after eliminating Bronson Reed.

The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal was introduced in 2014 at WrestleMania XXX. On that occasion, it was won by now-former WWE Superstar Cesaro. The match has also been won by the likes of Matt Hardy, Braun Strowman, Baron Corbin, and Jey Uso.

The winner in 2022 was Madcap Moss who lastly eliminated Finn Balor to score the victory.

Bobby Lashley Has “No Idea” What’s Happening With Bray Wyatt

In the weeks leading up to WrestleMania, it appeared that the All-Mighty was heading for a match with Bray Wyatt. However, after some taunts via typically spooky Wyatt vignettes, the star disappeared from television. It has since been reported that the star is dealing with an undisclosed illness.

With Wyatt seemingly out of action, Lashley has been left at something of a loose end. Although it has been reported that there is a backup plan for the former World Champion in place, and it could involve LA Knight.

Speaking in the days before WrestleMania, Lashley was asked about Wyatt and what is going on with the star, not that he had much of an idea. Lashley admitted that he has “no idea” about Wyatt’s status but was hoping he would be involved in the event in some way.
