Undisputed ERA member, Bobby Fish, has undergone surgery on a triceps injury he suffered on December 6.
Following the near hour long WarGames match in which The Undisputed ERA defeated The Kings of NXT, it was revealed that the former NXT Tag Team Champion had detached his triceps during the carnage.
Bobby Fish was taken straight to hospital following the event with surgery aiming to reattach his triceps. It is unknown how long he will be out of action.
NXT TakeOver: WarGames also played host to a number of other injuries. So many that WWE were forced to release a video named, ‘Casualties of WarGames.’
While her injury wasn’t specified, Dakota Kai is currently out of action after suffering a grievance from an Eclipse onto a stack of steel chairs by Ember Moon. The New Zealand native commented that we would not see her for a while.
During the same bout, Candice LeRae broke her arm and was seen sporting an arm brace on the December 9 edition of NXT in a segment which saw her, Johnny Gargano, Indi Hartwell and Austin Theory crown themselves, ‘The Way.’
Timothy Thatcher and Oney Lorcan suffered similar injuries on December 6. While Thatcher had to have a gash in her ear – caused by the knee brace of Tommaso Ciampa – closed with stitches, Lorcan required a little more to treat the lacerations he suffered after Kyle O’Reilly drove a knee and a steel chair into his face to win the men’s WarGames Match.
Inside the Ropes wishes all the names above a speedy recovery.
