Bo Dallas has opened up about Bray Wyatt’s influence in creating the Wyatt Sicks faction in WWE.
Following Windham Rotunda’s tragic passing back in August 2023, the group made their debut in June 2024 and have been terrorising Monday Night Raw ever since. With the appearance of the group and videos paying homage to Wyatt, it’s clear that the faction is a Wyatt creation and was rumoured to be arriving for a number of years. However, in a new interview, Dallas has detailed how much of Wyatt’s vision made it to TV.
Speaking with Jordan Mendoza of USA Today, Dallas stated that all of the ideas seen on TV are at least in part from Wyatt:
“Everything that’s going on up to this date and then going forward, if it’s not Windham’s idea, it has a piece of Windham’s idea in it.”
When discussing the members of the Wyatt Sicks; Erick Rowan, Nickki Cross, Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy, Dallas added that Wyatt handpicked each member of the group:
“He wanted to work with them. He hand picked them for reasons almost unknown to me. Like he just saw something and felt something in them.” When we were talking and going through all these ideas, a lot of times, he would just say, ‘you just be ready, man, you be ready. Maybe it was a foresight that he was given, I don’t know. But it just solidifies this is exactly what I’m supposed to be doing for him, because I know this is what he wants.”
I feel the love from everybody watching this and that is a part of this, because it’s not just me, it’s everybody. Everybody’s in on this for Bray.”
Bray Wyatt Immortalised In WWE Videogame
Following Wyatt’s passing, those close to his creative vision have since detailed plans that never made it to TV which included the latest incarnation of “The Fiend.” While the next chapter of Bray Wyatt’s vision would never make it to TV, fans can play as “The Fiend” in WWE 2K24.
