Big E Reportedly Heading To RAW After SummerSlam

Big E in The New Day

Big E is reportedly in line for a switch to Monday Night RAW.

The New Day have been ever-presents on WWE television since Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Big E came together in late 2014. The trio have since gone on to become one of the most successful groups of all time, with numerous Tag Team Titles reigns under their multi-coloured belt.

The stable have have also enjoyed success as singles stars with Kingston winning the WWE Title in 2019.

As a result of the draft in October 2020 the threesome became a twosome for the first time, with Woods and Kingston on Raw and Big E on SmackDown.

However, that could all be about to change.

According to a new report from WrestleVotes, Big could be heading to RAW as part of the post-SummerSlam draft. While this would put all three New Day members back on the same brand, this necessarily doesn’t mean that they would team together, with Big E being inserted into the main event picture.

After feuding with AJ Styles and Omos over the RAW Tag Team Titles, Kofi Kingston has become tangled up in a feud with WWE Champion Bobby Lashley.

On the most recent episode of RAW, Xavier Woods challenged Lashley inside Hell In A Cell. Despite a valiant effort from Woods, Lashley was eventually victorious before brutally beating down his foe as Kingston was forced to watch.

Kofi Kingston will attempt to reclaim the WWE Title he last held two years ago when he takes on Bobby Lashley at the upcoming Money In The Bank pay-per-view.

WWE Money In The Bank will take place on July 18th in Fort Worth,Texas. The event will see a WWE pay-per-view take place in front of the crowd for the first time since February 2020.

Meanwhile Big E was most recently in action on the June 18th episode of SmackDown. The former Intercontinental Champion teamed with Kevin Owens in defeat to Apollo Crews and Commander Azeez.
