Big E has qualified for the Men’s 2021 Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
The New Day powerhouse qualified after defeating his long-time rival Apollo Crews. Big E and Crews who have been trading wins and brutal beatdowns since before WrestleMania, wrote the latest episode of their story on June 25th.
After the men went to war one more time, Big E eventually overcame Crews and his enforcer Commander Azeez, to claim his place at Money In The Bank.
Big E’s future has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks as WWE head towards their 2021 Draft. The draft which is set to take place on August 30th and September 3rd will reportedly see Big E reunited with his New Day brothers on RAW. The report notes that the former Intercontinental Champion will be used to inject fresh life into Monday Night RAW’s main event scene.
Also on the most recent episode of SmackDown, Edge made a stunning return to the blue brand.
The Rated R Superstar made his first appearance inside a WWE ring since being defeated by Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 37.
Edge interrupted a promo from Reigns and his Special Counsel Paul Heyman, viciously attacking the Universal Champion.
