Big E Admits This Weapon Hurt The Most In WWE

WWE Big E

Big E has named the wrestling weapon that hurts the most.

Mostly wrestling traditional wrestling matches during his time at the promotion, former World Champion Big E has also been involved in his fair share of no-disqualification and other violent matchups.

While the violent and hardcore spots are conducted in a safe environment, the hits are physical and tend to hurt the wrestlers. World Wrestling Entertainment is popular for its usage of weapons such as steel chairs, tables, ladders, kendo sticks, and many more. Over the years, several wrestlers have been left bruised and scarred after competing in such matches, with the most recent example being Liv Morgan.

Recently, speaking with IGN while promoting the 2K25 video game, the former NXT Champion named the weapon that hurt him the most. Choosing to go through a table and getting hit with a chair, E named Kendo sticks as the weapons that hurt him the most.

“I think kendo’s just cause they’re a little bit, they’re easier to wield. I think kendo sticks are the worst thing to get. I’d much rather get hit with a chair. I’d rather go through a table. Kendo sticks sting.”

Big E Has Opened Up On His Relationship With Roman Reigns

In the same interview with IGN, while promoting WWE 2K25, Big E opened up on his relationship with Roman Reigns. Having known each other for almost 14 years, the former New Day member shared:

“I’ve known Roman for 14 years now. I remember him when he played football at Georgia Tech. I was a defensive tackle, he was a defensive tackle. So he’s someone, I’ve been aware of him since college. I think it was all conference at Georgia Tech. So he was someone, a name I knew from college. Then starting off, there’s a video of me benching 575 at Cena’s gym that was used in a promo package and it’s Roman spotting me.

Especially when you first come up in WWE and FCW, there were probably about 40 of us training together in a warehouse. So we’re together every single day. We’re doing shows on the weekends. We’re training together. So I’ve known Roman pretty well.”

In other news: CM Punk has been added to several WWE UK dates.
