Bianca Belair & Montez Ford TV Series Coming To Hulu

Bianca Belair Montez Ford

There are many famed couples from WWE’s past and present, but arguably none are currently more loved than Bianca Belair and Montez Ford. Officially tying the knot in June 2018, Belair and Ford are the definition of ‘couple goals’, constantly shown providing support for the other and touting each other’s successes.

This unwavering support for one another will now be the focus of a new Hulu series. As revealed by co-WWE CEO Nick Khan during WWE’s Q3 earnings call, Bianca Belair and Montez Ford’s as-of-yet untitled series will feature an eight-episode first season:

“WWE Studios will premiere a new series on Hulu featuring superstars Bianca Belair and Montez Ford. The eight-episode first season is currently in production. We are also pleased to be doing more business with our friends at Disney and Hulu where we extended our Raw re-air rights deal.”

As of this writing, a launch date for the series isn’t known.

Bianca Belair Is A History Maker

Winning the Raw Women’s Championship from Becky Lynch on night one of WrestleMania 38, Bianca Belair has proven herself as a true history maker within WWE. Surpassing 200 days with the championship, Belair became the longest-reigning black World Champion in WWE history.

Furthermore, she and Bayley contested what was the first-ever one-on-one women’s Ladder match on the main roster when they collided at Extreme Rules. Previously, this had only happened in NXT. They’ll again make history with Saudi Arabia’s first women’s stipulation at Crown Jewel, competing in a Last Woman Standing match.

Signing with WWE in April 2016, ‘The EST of WWE’ is often touted as a success of the WWE Performance Center, initially getting her start after Mark Henry came across her CrossFit work. Belair has since held the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships once each, alongside winning the 2021 women’s Royal Rumble match.
