Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch are two of the biggest stars in WWE and are widely seen as the company’s ‘power couple’ with Rollins being a four-time World Champion and Lynch having six Women’s Championship reigns.
To achieve this level of success, the pair have had to keep themselves in top shape and recently, they demonstrated their workout secrets to former WWE Champion Sheamus.

For the past few years, Sheamus has been not only interviewing fellow stars about their workout routines but attempting to take part in them as well in his Celtic Warrior Workouts YouTube series.
Lynch and Rollins were the latest guests on the show, and revealed their “Wings, Thighs, Oh My!” workout to the Irish star.
Before embarking on the workout, Sheamus asked the couple how becoming parents had effected their lives in the context of working out. Both said they had to adapt it to become “a lot quicker” with Rollins joking there was “less dawdling”.
“Yeah, faster, you gotta zip through the things. There’s not a lot of dawdling, less dawdling. you get in, you get out, you move back to the baby. That’s how we do it”
The pair took Sheamus through their fast-paced workout routine, and the Banger Bro couldn’t keep up with them as can be seen in the video below.
After Sheamus was left with his chest on fire from the workout, Rollins explained that it deliberately focusses on every aspect of fitness.
“Focus on everything, you had speed, agility, and power, you had strength. You had some gymnastics, you had all that good stuff. Endurance, because, ooh, got the lungs going.”
