Becky Lynch has addressed the recent comments made by Ric Flair towards her where he suggested no “choreography” could help her when she gets in the ring with Charlotte Flair.
Lynch was speaking to Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour when she issued a scathing statement on Charlotte Flair following the ill-fated title exchange between the women, going as far as to call the SmackDown Women’s Champion an “a**hole.”
Becky Lynch was asked if she was fearful that Charlotte Flair was going to “shoot” on her at Survivor Series and that’s when Lynch addressed Ric Flair’s recent comments and gave her thoughts on the 16-time champion of the world:
“That’s what her dad said she was going to do. I saw that tweet. I looked at it and wrote out a response that would have really been quite biting and I deleted it and let it go because I think it’s really sad. This is a legend who is now jealous of me.”
“It’s cool for me. He’s now trying to use me to get clout and promote whatever he has because he’s dug himself into a hole with other things. I was like, ‘let me let him have it,’ because it’s kind of sad.”
Becky Lynch will meet Charlotte Flair at Survivor Series in their roles as Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champions as the two brands do battle for brand supremacy once again.
