Becky Lynch has taken aim at Bianca Belair after the star wasn’t involved at WrestleMania Backlash.
While Ronda Rousey was busy winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship from Charlotte Flair, Raw Champion Bianca Belair didn’t appear in the ring.
Although a video package was shown featuring the champion, that was her only involvement on the show. In fact, barring Rhea Ripley joining Edge’s Judgement Day stable, no women from Raw appeared at the event.
Unsurprisingly, Belair’s absence was noted by her long time rival Becky Lynch. Never one to miss an opportunity to cause a little chaos, posting on social media, Big Time Becks reminded the world that the title was always defended on pay-per-views when she held it.
When I was champ, my title was defended on every ppv. #WWEBacklash

Bianca Belair won the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38 defeating Becky Lynch. The rivalry between the pair went all of the way back to SummerSlam where a returning Lynch pinned the EST in a matter of seconds to win the SmackDown Women’s Title.
Since becoming champion, Belair has been feuding with WWE official Sonya Deville. This involved the champion retaining her title by defeating Deville on Raw despite the challenger changing the rules of the match on multiple occasions.
On the Raw before WrestleMania Backlash, Lynch and Belair renewed hostilities one more time, in a huge six-woman tag team match. In the main event of the show, Belair teamed with Liv Morgan and Asuka to defeat Lynch, Rhea Ripley and Deville.
After losing to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania, Becky Lynch took a short break before returning to outline her plan to climb back to the top of the women’s division. However, during the promo she was interrupted by Asuka who was making her own return after missing several months.
