After Becky Lynch touched Bianca Belair’s hair, Belair got retribution by whipping Becky with her signature braid and leaving her mark on the Raw Women’s Champion!

Bianca Belair’s victory at the Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia means she’s the number one contender for the Raw Women’s Championship and is set to face Becky Lynch on night one of WrestleMania 38 in Dallas, TX.

In the build to their match on the Grandest Stage of Them All, the EST of WWE and Big Time Becks were involved in a six woman tag team match on Raw. Belair fought alongside Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley, while Lynch tagged with Nikki ASH and Doudrop.

While Big Time Becks initially tagged out to avoid facing Belair at the beginning of the match, the two eventually did square off, and Becky resorted to underhanded tactics to get one up on her opponent. At one point, she wrapped the EST’s signature braid around the ring rope, trapping her to inflict punishment.

However, near the end of the match, when Lynch grabbed Belair’s braid once more to break up a pinfall attempt on Nikki ASH, Bianca was able to counter and throw the champion into the ropes. Having had enough of Lynch’s antics, she angrily whipped the champion with her hair, leaving behind red welts on the stomach of Becky Lynch. The Man was incensed, taking to Twitter to accuse her opponent of using an “illegal weapon.”

“This is not a Wrestlemania preview. This is the barbaric use of an illegal weapon . At Wrestlemania I was going to beat you. But now, I will beat the sh*t out of you…. And then beat you.”

Belair secured the pinfall victory for her team when she hit a KOD on Nikki ASH as Lynch was tending to her wounds on the ramp.

After the match, Bianca Belair also took to social media to respond to her attack on the Raw Women’s Champion, making it clear that her hair is not to be touched without consequences.

This is not the first time The Man will face the EST in title competition as Becky Lynch made a surprise return to the company and defeated Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Title at the 2021 edition of SummerSlam. The two had a rematch at Extreme Rules, but the match ended in a disqualification when Sasha Banks – who had originally been scheduled to face Belair at SummerSlam – made her return and interfered.
