Two huge musical performances have been confirmed for this weekend’s WrestleMania, as Bebe Rexha kicks off the Show of Shows with her own rendition of America The Beautiful, while New Year’s Day frontwoman Ash Costello will perform Rhea Ripley’s entrance as the former NXT Champion challenges Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship.
WWE issued a press release confirming the role Grammy-nominated Rexha will play.
“Diamond-certified, Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Bebe Rexha will sing “America the Beautiful,” kicking off WrestleMania this Saturday, April 10 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay streaming live exclusively on Peacock at 8 pm ET in the United States and on WWE Network everywhere else.”
BThe diamond-selling artist’s current single, “Sacrifice” has 20 million-plus streams and over seven million YouTube views, while her chart-topping hit “Meant to Be” held the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for a record-setting 50 straight weeks, the longest reign ever by a female artist. Rexha also wrote the certified six-times platinum song “The Monster,” a global hit for Eminem and Rhianna. In 2020, she amassed almost 4 billion YouTube views and over 12 billion total global streams and counting.
Rexha said it was an “honour” to be part of the event.

Meanwhile, New Year’s Day singer Ash Costello confirmed via Instagram that she will sing Rhea Ripley’s entrance as the Australian takes on RAW Women’s Champion Asuka at the Show of Shows. Ripley’s entrance music ‘ This Is My Brutality’ features vocals by Costello.
