Bayley Rejects A Peyton Royce Move To SmackDown

Bayley poses in front of SmackDown women's title at WWE Clash of Champions

With the 2020 WWE Draft taking place tonight, WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion, Bayley, has caused a stir on social media when she replied to a tweet from Peyton Royce.

Hyping the 2020 Draft, the former Iiconics member tweeted out a picture of her stood against the Friday Night SmackDown background asking fans if it was what they wanted. While it may be what some fans hope to transpire, Bayley wasn’t shy in sharing her feelings.

While Royce will be a possible challenger for the reigning SmackDown Women’s Champion should Bayley retain her gold at Hell in a Cell, fans will have to wait a little longer to find out whether the move will become reality.

Peyton Royce’s fate won’t be decided until Monday Night Raw on October 12 as she’s been seeded in the second pool of talent.

Earlier in the year, it was reported that both Peyton Royce and Bianca Belair were in line for massive pushes in the very near future so a potential rivalry and storyline with the SmackDown Women’s Champion isn’t out of the question.

Following the split of The Iiconics, Peyton Royce has been featured regularly on Raw and has been feuding with former best friend Billie Kay, who she defeated on the red brand (September 7) and Main Event (October 9).

Currently, Bayley is on day 504 of her combined reigns as SmackDown Women’s Champion and is reported to main event Hell in A Cell on October 25 when she defends her coveted gold against arch rival, Sasha Banks.
