Major Name Returning To WWE Raw Next Week

Bad Bunny at the WWE Royal Rumble

It’s sometimes hard to believe that such a household name in the world of music – Bad Bunny – has become a regular part of WWE programming.

Bunny first appeared at the 2021 WWE Royal Rumble to perform his song “Booker T,” standing alongside the two-time WWE Hall of Famer throughout the act. He would follow that up with his first official pro wrestling match that April at WrestleMania 37, tagging with fellow Puerto Rican Damian Priest to battle The Miz and John Morrison. Beyond that victory, Bunny would appear several more times, including being a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble and interfering in Rey Mysterio vs. Dominik Mysterio at this past WrestleMania.

At the Raw after WrestleMania, Judgment Day sought revenge on Bad Bunny, with his former partner Damian Priest beating him down and smashing him through an announce table with a South of Heaven chokeslam. It’s been announced that Bad Bunny will return to Raw next week for the first time since the attack. Bunny is also scheduled to host the WWE Backlash premium live event on May 6.

The Judgment Day have more issues apart from Bad Bunny

Tonight’s episode of WWE Raw really drove the idea that The Judgment Day has more to worry about apart from the multi-time Grammy-winning Latin/Hip-hop star. Their issues with Rey Mysterio and the LWO continue to boil over, while some foreshadowing of a rivalry with The Bloodline also took place on this week’s episode of the red brand. This war between factions is also occurring just weeks before the WWE draft, posing the question of who will still be a team when the dust settles.
