An announcement on another international WWE Premium Live Event could be coming very soon.
With the Royal Rumble now in the books, WWE’s 2025 PLE schedule is officially underway and will continue in March with Elimination Chamber in Toronto. While TV and PLE tapings leading up to and including WrestleMania have been confirmed, fans around the world are hoping that a major show will be announced for their country in 2025 as WWE continues to host big events outside of North America. According to a recent report, an international show could be confirmed very soon.
Speaking about future plans on Sportskeeda’s Backstage Pass podcast, WrestleVotes stated there are rumours that an international date in July is being discussed, which could be Money in the Bank, adding that the location for the event is set to be confirmed before WrestleMania in April:
“There may be an international date [in] early July. It’s not confirmed. It’s rumored. I don’t know if that would end up being Money in the Bank, but I’ve been told the Money in the Bank announcement is going to come before WrestleMania. So it could be international. It could be here in the US. We’ll see, you know, SummerSlam is here in the US. You’ll probably get a fall pay-per-view and the Survivor Series, both here in the US, and then the Clash in Paris show, along with the European tour and your Saudi dates, are going to be your international shows. So the calendar’s starting to fill up.”
WWE Recently Confirmed Massive European Show
Although many of the big shows for 2025 are still yet to be confirmed, one WWE announcement was very well received by the fans as it was confirmed that the company would make its return to France later in the year with Clash in Paris. Back in 2024, the promotion hosted Backlash in Lyon which saw one of the hottest crowds in company history.
