NXT General Manager Ava dropped a bombshell as to who will represent the black and gold brand in an all-women’s battle royal at the upcoming WWE Evolution II Premium Live Event.
The aforementioned match will determine the No.1 contender for a Women’s Championship match at Clash in Paris on August 31st. There is no specification on which brand title – it could be for the WWE Women’s World Championship (currently with IYO Sky), the WWE Women’s Championship (held by Tiffany Stratton), or the NXT Women’s Championship (held by Jacy Jayne).
Nikki Bella was revealed as the first participant as the 18-year veteran looks to win her first women’s title in ten years.
This week on NXT, Ava wasted no time in choosing who would banner the brand in the battle royal at the all-women’s PLE as she showed pride in being the first female GM in the brand’s history. She then revealed the six participants to be Jaida Parker, Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, Lash Legend, Izzi Dame, and Tatum Paxley.

Aside from getting involved in a battle royal for a women’s title shot, other NXT stars will also represent the black and gold brand this Sunday on Evolution 2025.

In the tag-team division, Zaria and Sol Ruca will have a golden opportunity to capture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships in a fatal four-way tag match.
They will face the teams of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, the newly-reunited The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane), and defending champions Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez, who replaced Liv Morgan.
