Austin Theory

Current WWE Star Austin Theory has given fans a taste into his brutal workout routine during the latest episode of Celtic Warrior Workouts.

Appearing on fellow WWE Superstar Sheamus’ popular YouTube show ‘Celtic Warrior Workouts’ former United States Champion Austin Theory would give fans a glimpse into the level of work required to maintain his phenomenal physique ‘all day, every day’.

Theory would take ‘The Celtic Warrior’ through a brutal arm workout that included over fifty reps of both straight bar curls and straight bar tricep pushdowns – with Theory emphasising the importance of lower weight, higher repetition workouts for maximise muscle growth and minimising the risk of injury whilst competing as a WWE Superstar.

Austin Theory Shares His WWE Origin Story

During the workout, the current WWE Mr. Money in the Bank would reveal that the WWE has been his lifelong goal since the age of eight when he first set eyes on professional wrestling. Theory would go on to explain that it was his love for wrestling that led him to pursue fitness and that his mums passion for the gym enabled him to start working out at just twelve years old.

“So when I was eight years old that’s when I first ever saw WWE and that’s what set everything up for me. So later on, being twelve years old, my mum was always in the gym and at twelve years old… I started working out with my mum and the reason I started working out was for hopes of going to the WWE.”

The 25-year-old would continue revealing that due to Gold Gym’s age policy his mum had to sneak him into the gym when he first started training back in 2009.

“You had to be thirteen to go into the gym [Gold’s Gym] but she [mum] would sneak me in and say I was thirteen because she was a good mum.”

What Is The Most Embarrassing Song In Austin Theory’s Playlist?

After both Sheamus and Austin Theory completed their vigorous 400 rep tricep and bicep warmup, the latter would reveal that the most embarrassing song on his gym playlist is Justin Bieber’s 2021 hit ‘Peaches’ featuring Daniel Ceaser and Giveon.

Sheamus: “What’s the most embarrassing song on your playlist?”

Theory: “Probably Justin Bieber, ‘Peaches’, but that’s a great song so I don’t think it’s embarrassing. Do you like Justin Bieber?”

Sheamus: “Never heard of him… [sarcastically]”

Theory: “That’s the biggest lie you’ve ever told”

Sheamus: “Nah there have been bigger lies…way bigger.”

Following on from the straight bar work, the Georgia born WWE Star would reveal that it is a brutal combination of tricep throwbacks, dumbbell tricep extensions, seated tricep extensions and seated bicep curls each for over fifty reps that are the basis of his ‘all day’ arm workout.

Neither Theory or Sheamus are currently set to appear on WWE’s upcoming Crown Jewel PLE however ‘The Celtic Warriors’ Brawling Brutes are set to take on The Usos for the Unified WWE Tag Team Championships whilst, the man who defeated Theory for the United States Championship, Bobby Lashley is set to take on ‘The Beast’ Brock Lesnar in a modern WWE dream match.

Theory recently reacted to viral TikTok star Ebuka Dikeh’s incredible recreation of his WWE entrance, whilst Sheamus reunited with long time friend and former ‘Bar’ tag team partner Cesaro during his recent wedding.

You can watch Austin Theory’s ‘all day’ arm workout over on Sheamus’ YouTube channel ‘Celtic Warrior Workouts’ – the latest episode with Bianca Belair is due to drop at 2pm GMT on November 4th 2022.
