WWE RAW Women’s Champion Asuka made her return to the red brand March 15th episode defeating Shayna Baszler.

Asuka had been out of action for a number of weeks, after being on the receiving end of a particularly stiff kick from Baszler, losing a tooth in the process.

It had been suggested that the ‘Empress Of Tomorrow’ may have even missed WrestleMania due to a concussion sustained in the incident, but the star has already returned to take revenge.

Speaking on the Japanese social networking platform NowVoice, the former NXT Women’s Champion lifted the lid on her injuries. She explained that the teeth that she has in currently are only temporary, and the injuries she sustained against Baszler will take six months to heal. After this she will have implants fitted to replace the missing teeth.

Unlike her SmackDown counterpart Sasha Banks, Asuka is currently without an opponent at the upcoming WrestleMania.

While Baszler may have tasted defeat on RAW, her tag team partner is set to face the SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks on the upcoming edition of the blue brand.

Jax and Baszler will then head to Fastlane where they will defend their titles against the uneasy team of Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks.
