Second Generation NXT Star Arianna Grace Confirms Injury, Will Undergo Surgery

Arianna Grace Sol Ruca

Second generation NXT star Arianna Grace revealed on social media that she is injured and will need to undergo surgery.

After Santino Marella confirmed that his daughter Bianca Carelli had signed with the WWE, the new recruit reported to the Performance Center in March. A vignette the following month revealed that she would be performing under the name Arianna Grace.

In recent months, Grace has taken on the role of a former beauty queen in NXT, alluding to her real life past as a former Ms. Teen Ontario. She’s been in a heel alliance with businesswoman Kiana James as of late, and the pair have competed together on a number of occasions on both NXT and NXT Level Up.

However, fans noticed her absence on the October 11th episode when Kiana James faced off against Chase U’s Thea Hail. Her absence was explained when Arianna Grace took to social media today to reveal that she’s currently injured and will undergo surgery next week.

“Hey you guys!!!! Sadly, I’m injured and will have surgery next week. I’m going to do all I can to recover properly and come back stronger so I can get back to doing what I love, performing for all of YOU! I can’t wait to get back in the ring”

The nature of the injury is unknown at this time, as is her timetable for an in-ring return. Arianna Grace last competed on the October 7th episode of NXT Level Up, teaming with Kiana James. The pair lost to Fallon Henley and Sol Ruca.
