Unfortunately, another member of the WWE roster was unable to walk away from Survivor Series unscathed.
Following the conclusion of the Premium Live Event on November 30th, reports surfaced that two entrants in the Men’s WarGames match, Bronson Reed and Jimmy Uso, each suffered injuries following their dives off the top of the cage. Reed suffered an injury to one of his ankles and is expected to be out for a few weeks and Jimmy Uso suffered a broken toe, as was confirmed by Jey Uso in the Survivor Series post-show press conference. Sadly, another injury occurred earlier that night.
During the December 2nd episode of WWE Raw, Cathy Kelley conducted an interview with Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker. At the start of the interview, Kelley stated that Sheamus suffered a cracked rib in the Intercontinental Title triple threat match. Ludwig Kaiser, who was the third entrant in the match, interrupted the interview and took responsibility for The Celtic Warrior’s injury, adding that he was looking for another match against Breakker.
It is unknown when Sheamus will be making his return to TV.
Bronson Reed Addresses WWE Status
One of the most memorable moments of the Men’s WarGames match saw Reed attempt to hit a Tsunami from the top of the cage onto Roman Reigns. As CM Punk pulled Reigns away at the last second, Reed went crashing to the mat below, prompting many fans to express concern. Shortly before Raw, Bronson Reed provided a further comment on his injury status.
