AEW wrestler Anna Jay recently flaunted her scary-looking bruises from her Stardom match.
At Stardom’s 5STAR Grand Prix 2024 night five show, Jay took on Xena in a losing cause. However, just hours after her violent bout, the AEW star shared graphic images of her battle aftermath on X (Twitter).
Japanese strong style wrestling can often turn painful and hard-hitting, and Jay realized it after the match. With her chest brutally chopped and bruised, Anna Jay shared the image on her social media as fans voiced their worries.

Soon after her loss, Jay spoke to the Stardom media while applying an ice pack to her bruised chest, and made her intentions known. The member of The Outcasts stable claimed she does not care about winning or losing anymore, and just wants to give her best.
“Lose or win, I don’t give a f**k anymore. That’s it. I just want to make it through the end of this tournament and get better and do the best that I can. And I’m here to do that.”

Anna Jay Was Anxious Before Stardom Match
Before heading into her Stardom match against Syuri, Anna Jay revealed going through anxiety. Speaking after the match with Syuri, she stated:
I think I had the most anxiety leading up to this match. You know, I had the first one out of the way, first win, second match Starlight kid, I lost, but I still felt good. Then this one, I was scared to death, to be honest. But I did it. And I’m proving that I deserve it.”
Jay is already four matches deep in the tournament, with a win over Saori Anou, and three losses against Starlight Kid, Syuri, and Xena.
