Aliyah Reportedly Traded To Monday Night RAW, Mandy Rose Joins NXT

Following the breakdown of the Robert Stone Brand on the July 13th episode of NXT, it looks like Aliyah could be heading to the main roster.

After trying repeatedly to join forces with Stone through the middle of 2020, Aliyah eventually got her wish following a match with Xia Li.

Aliyah continued to be managed by Stone until the most recent episode of the black and gold brand where she turned on the man she initially worked so hard to impress.

Teaming with Jessi Kamea, the pair lost to Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro, with Aliyah irate that Stone hadn’t helped her. The Canadian attacked Stone before walking out.

According to a new report from Wrestle Votes, Aliyah could be walking all the way to the main roster, with Mandy Rose heading in the opposite direction.

Meanwhile, Mandy Rose made a shock return to NXT on the same episode, watching from the ramp as Sarray defeated Gigi Dolin.

The appearance marked the first time that Mandy Rose has been seen on NXT since 2017. The now RAW Superstar competed on the sixth series of WWE Tough Enough back in 2015. After coming second in the competition, Rose was signed to a WWE developmental contract shortly after.

Rose made her main roster debut in November 2017, as part of Absolution along with Paige and Sonya Deville. After the group disbanded, Rose and Deville continued to team together where they challenged for the Women’s Tag Team Titles. After a brief run as a singles star, Rose is currently teaming with Dana Brooke on RAW where the pair have become engaged in a rivalry with tag champions champions Natalya and Tamina.

Speaking backstage after the surprise appearance, Rose hinted that she has big plans on the black and gold brand.

Aliyah initially signed with WWE in 2015, performing intermittently for the company, before wrestling on NXT on a more regular basis from early 2019.
