Alexa Bliss’ Raw Return Announced

Raw is set to get more twisted once again as Alexa Bliss’ return to the red brand has been confirmed by WWE.

On the first edition of Monday Night Raw in 2022, it was announced that Alexa Bliss will begin her “journey” back to WWE’s flagship show on the 10th of January.

The former three-time Raw Women’s Champion has not been seen on WWE TV since September when she lost to Charlotte Flair at Extreme Rules. Following that bout, Bliss was distraught and screaming after Flair ripped up her infamous doll, Lily.

PWInsider reported shortly after Alexa Bliss last appeared that she was in fact due to undergo surgery on her sinuses and that was why she was forced to miss time off television.

Bliss had been an integral part of WWE in the first half of 2021 when the wrestling landscape looked very different. She stood side by side with ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt during his feud with Randy Orton, with Bliss even picking up her own victory over The Viper at Fastlane in March.

Her partnership with Wyatt dissolved after WrestleMania 37 where Bliss cost The Fiend his bout with Orton, marking the last time Wyatt would set foot in a WWE ring.

Bliss competed in a losing effort in the women’s Money In The Bank match which was won by her former tag team partner Nikki A.S.H. A feud with Eva Marie and Doudrop culminated in Bliss defeating Marie at SummerSlam.
