WWE Star Alexa Bliss made comments on a potential WWE run for hip-hop megastar Cardi B.
The WWE has seen its fair share of celebrities on its weekly TV programming which vary from quick segments to actual matches. They’ve featured multiple celebrities dating all the way back to WrestleMania 1.
When it comes to hip-hop megastars appearing on WWE TV, one can’t help but think about the numerous Snoop Dogg appearances, WrestleMania performances by Flo Rida, and the WrestleMania 37 match that featured Bad Bunny.
With the WWE being used to featuring major hip-hop megastars, it would be surreal to see longtime WWE fan Cardi B step into the ring.
Former Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss recently commented to Verge Magazine what she would think of a potential Cardi B WWE run:
“I feel like they have to have a big personality. We’ve already had some stuff with Cardi B but I think she would be a really good WWE Superstar.”
Cardi B herself has revealed that she is a big WWE fan, even mentioning that her favorite duo was the iconic paring of Edge and Lita who she called a “sexy a** couple”.
The hip hop star was first featured on WWE programming when her song “Up” was used as the theme song for SummerSlam 2021. With the WWE recently bringing in celebrities to perform in the ring, their is a chance that Cardi could be next.
WWE’s most featured celebrity at the moment in non other than social media megastar Logan Paul, who put on an impressive performance at SummerSlam 2022 in his first singles match, defeating former WWE Champion (and his former tag team partner) The Miz.
