Alexa Bliss Not Expected Back In WWE “For A While”

Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss hasn’t been seen on WWE television for a while and according to reports isn’t going to be back anytime soon.

Bliss last performed at the Royal Rumble where she unsuccessfully challenged Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship. In the lead-up to the match, Bliss seemed to be back under the control of her old mentor Bray Wyatt.

Since the return of Wyatt, his symbol followed Bliss around resulting in flashes of her old “Twisted Bliss” character emerging from within. Prior to the match, Bliss was plagued by characters wearing Uncle Howdy masks hinting at a spooky angle involving the two.

However, following the debacle that was the Mountain Dew Pitch Black Match, much of Wyatt’s supernatural shenanigans have been suspended and Bliss is nowhere to be seen.

Her absence was addressed in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Dave Meltzer reported that she won’t be on WWE television in the near future stating:

“Bliss is on another hiatus for a while”
