On May 30th, Alex Bliss and her husband Ryan Cabrera announced they’re expecting their first child in December.
Speaking to E! News, the pair said they were shocked at the news with Bliss adding that “It was a total surprise, as we weren’t trying at all.” Despite the surprise, the happy couple said they “couldn’t be more excited.”
Bliss has been absent from WWE for a number of months, and her exciting news only added to speculation that she might not return to the ring at all. However, the former Raw Women’s Champion has confirmed that she will be back in WWE in the future.
In response to a fan on social media who said that they missed her wrestling, Bliss wrote: “I’ll be back!”

Alexa Bliss has been out of the ring since being defeated by Bianca Belair at the 2023 Royal Rumble. In fact, the star has only wrestled twice in 2023 and was not part of the WWE Draft.
In late March, Bliss revealed that she’d undergone a procedure to remove skin cancer from her face, but she made it clear that the procedure had a short recovery time.
In the run-up to her match with Belair, the star had become intertwined in the story between Bray Wyatt and the mysterious Uncle Howdy. It was believed that the star was due to become aligned with the duo and that her return would also be linked to the absent stars.
