Alexa Bliss Seemingly Addresses AEW Star Using Her Finisher On Dynamite

Alexa Bliss has shared her reaction to Julia Hart using her ‘Twisted Bliss’ finishing move on a recent episode of AEW Dynamite.

On the April 6th episode of AEW Dynamite, Julia Hart squared off against former AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida. The match was the latest in the first round of the Owen Hart Foundation tournament.

Although she was pushed all of the way by her rival, it was Shida who picked up the win in a little over seven minutes. Not that she had long to celebrate as she was confronted by long-time adversary Serena Deeb.

However, during the match, numerous fans picked up on Hart using Alex Bliss’ ‘Twisted Bliss’ finishing move. Furthermore, it appears that Alexa Bliss herself later responded on social media. The star posting the famous pointing Spiderman meme, seemingly in reference to the moment.

Alexa Bliss hasn’t been seen on WWE television since competing inside the Elimination Chamber in the event of the same name in February. That bout was Bliss’ first since September 2021 after being defeated by Charlotte Flair.

In the weeks leading up to Elimination Chamber, the former Raw Women’s Champion returned to WWE television where she appeared in a number of backstage ‘therapy sessions’ in an effort to control her anger.

A recent report revealed that, despite there being an Alexa’s Playground set at WrestleMania Axxess, Bliss was not in Dallas for WrestleMania weekend, which came as somewhat of a surprise since it’s the biggest event of the WWE calendar year.

PWInsider has now confirmed that Alexa Bliss’ absence is due to her upcoming wedding to singer Ryan Cabrera. The couple have been engaged since November of 2020 and have been preparing for their wedding, which is set to take place at a secret location in Palm Springs this weekend according to the report. The couple began dating when they were introduced by The Miz in 2019.
