AEW star Dustin Rhodes recently shared multiple tweets after Karrion Kross’ and Scarlett’s WWE deals expired.
Kross is currently in the news regarding his contract status with WWE. While there has been no official word on whether he is exiting the company, both his and Scarlett’s profiles have been moved to the alumni section, and his theme song has also been removed from Spotify. This move typically occurs when a talent is leaving the Stamford-based promotion.
The Herald of Doomsday has not only been a fan favorite but has also been well-liked among his peers. Recently, Dustin Rhodes shared his thoughts about Kross.

Rhodes, who is currently sidelined as he is set to undergo double-knee surgery, quoted a tweet on his X/Twitter that described Kross’s bad booking and treatment in general, despite him being a thorough professional.
The 56-year-old veteran replied to this claim, stating that he knew the feeling all too well, alluding to his time in WWE, where he, too, suffered from chaotic bookings during his multiple runs with the company.
He tweeted:
I understand the ‘Good Soldier’ thing all too well. Sux.”

Seeing this response, a fan replied to The Natural, suggesting that Rhodes take Karrion Kross under his wing if he did jump ship to AEW, as he was a great talent, to which the veteran replied:
