There’s a lot of big stuff going on right now with the connection between All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and the United Kingdom, including future events and high ratings.
On the November 16, 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite, the promotion announced multiple new cities that they are going to be doing shows in, and London was one of the cities featured on the list. Not only will it be AEW‘s first time in the UK, but it will also be their first time overseas. But that’s not the only thing going on with the AEW x UK connection: They ratings are currently skyrocketing.
AEW Viewing Numbers In The UK Once Again Break Records
Earlier this month, All Elite Wrestling owner Tony Khan announced record-breaking numbers from the United Kingdom, with the October 28, 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite being the most watched edition of the show ever in the country pulling in 201,000 viewers.

Then on Sunday, November 20, 2022, John Williams — Head of Scheduling Strategy for ITV, ITV3 and ITV4 — announced on Twitter that the United Kingdom has once again broke viewership numbers for AEW Dynamite, with the November 11, 2022 UK airing of the show peaking over 300,000 viewers.

From the looks of it, AEW Dynamite ratings are on the rise in the United Kingdom because of the ITV4 time slot change. Before, Dynamite mostly aired between 10:30-11:55 PM, with the time slot never becoming consistent. However, All Elite Wrestling and ITV agreed on the 9:00 PM slot, and it appears to be bringing in record-breaking ratings.
For the announced London show, AEW has not yet announced a date for when it will take place. Other new cities that AEW will be visiting will all be in the United States, including Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland and Fresno.
