Could The Elite soon be back in All Elite Wrestling (AEW)? It appears that way.
Earlier tonight on AEW Dynamite, a vignette teased the potential return of The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks), and by the looks of it, it may be sooner than fans think.
It Looks Like The Elite Will Be Back Soon
During the video on AEW Dynamite, it showed several video images of The Elite, and in each one, the wrestlers would evaporate until they disappeared. At the end of the video, it then shows the AEW logo, also evaporating like The Elite.
Now, speculation is swirling that the return of the group is right around the corner.

Earlier today, Fightful Select reported that the comeback of The Elite is “imminent,” and it appears that AEW has begun the promotion behind it. According to the report, there have been backstage discussions about each Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks making their return to the company, and they possibly could get back started in their EVP roles before getting back in the ring.
Fightful brought up a source that was quoted saying that the return of the group could happen “imminently,” however, the outlet was unable to individually confirm anything themselves. Also, a meeting was apparently scheduled for last week, but nothing has come out about it since the original report.
Currently, there is no timetable on the return of the former AEW Trios Champions, but it’s clear that the promotion is now advertising it, so it appears to be very soon.
After playing their part in the AEW All Out backstage brawl, The Elite were suspended by All Elite Wrestling and their Trios Championship titles were stripped away from them. It’s been alleged that after CM Punk made his media scrum comments, The Young Bucks started the confrontation by slamming open Punk’s locker room door, even hurting his dog, Larry, in the process.
