Widely regarded as one of the best pro-wrestlers of all time, Shawn Michaels has now revealed his version of the pro-wrestling Mount Rushmore.
Finding his name on this prestigious list is current AEW talent Ric Flair. A WWE Hall of Famer and wrestling veteran, Flair had enjoyed a lengthy run at WWE before parting ways with it in 2021 and joining AEW in 2023.
Speaking to Going Ringside, Michaels opened up on his pro-wrestling Mount Rushmore, and named several wrestling legends from the 70s and 80s.
“Yeah, I guess. I mean, I don’t know. To me, I’ve always felt like there’s, I don’t know, they’re just your personal favorites, I think. But yeah, I’ve got a few, I guess, but mine date back to usually the… The mid-80s or late 70s. I always put Terry Funk in there. I usually put Harley Race in there, Ric Flair and then that fourth one’s always a little tough for me. It goes to Tully Blanchard because that’s who I grew up with or Wahoo McDaniel.”
