An extremely talented and promising AEW star has opened up on wanting to become the next Chyna.
Arguably one of the greatest and most dominant women wrestlers in the industry, former Intercontinental Champion Chyna left behind a mark for women’s wrestling before stepping away from the sport.
Revealed as an inspiration behind Leila Grey, she recently revealed how she wants to mould herself into the next ‘The Ninth Wonder Of The World’. Speaking on ‘Hey Ew!’ with RJ City, Grey said,
“No, I’m a fan of the revolution too. But the Attitude Era is what got me into this… I wanted to be Chyna. I want to be the next Chyna.”

A fan of the former DX star’s dominance during that period, Grey slowly found herself becoming a fan of the star and wrestling in general.
She was last involved as a “Flight Attendant” of Top Flight, working as their manager. While not much active on All Elite Wrestling television, Grey has been extensively featured in ROH, with her latest match dating to 28th May, 2025.
