A shocking heel turn took place on the latest episode of AEW Rampage!
On the most recent edition of AEW Rampage, Orange Cassidy faced Ari Daivari in the main event, picking up the victory after hitting him with the Orange Punch. After the match, newly signed Parker Boudreaux assaulted the Best Friends & Cassidy.
Sonny Kiss would come to Cassidy’s aid, only to immediately turn on him with a low blow. Kiss later confirmed her allegiance to the Trustbusters on social media.

Earlier that night, Boudreaux made his in-ring television debut, defeating Kiss in just over a minute.
Kiss faced the Trustbusters on the August 9 episode of Dark where she allowed her tag partners, Zack Clayton and Xavier Walker, to get pinned. Daivari and Kiss would have a short conversation after the match.
Kiss’ last appearance on a main AEW show, prior to Rampage, was on October 2020, losing to Kenny Omega in a matter of seconds in the first round of the AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament.
Elsewhere on the show, Sammy Guevara and his new wife Tay Melo were in action where they successfully defended their AAA Mixed Tag Team Titles against Dante Martin and Skye Blue. In the end it was Melo who scored the win for her team with a TayKO to Blue.
