No one is safe from former AEW Women’s Champion Saraya.
In attendance for the recent NBA clash between the Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns, the former Women’s Champion got physical at courtside. Targeting the Phoenix Suns mascot Go the Gorilla, the British wrestler hit a snap suplex inside the Footprint Center as the Arizona crowd watched on.
Hugging it out after the manoeuvre, commentary noted that Go the Gorilla has been around for a while. A video of the suplex can be seen below:

Reacting to the clip, Saraya stated that she was “Kicking some ass at the suns game!” 24 hours before the February 7th episode of Dynamite, which will also take place in the same venue.
One fan failed to see the humour in the spot, criticising the former Women’s Champion’s technique. Responding to the moronic comment, Saraya reminded the fan that the suplex was for entertainment purposes and not the main event of a pay-per-view:
Calm down helmet. It’s a mascot
This is not the first time that sports mascots have been the victim of attacks by professional wrestlers. At Double or Nothing 2020, the Jacksonville Jaguars mascot was knocked out by Chris Jericho during the first Stadium Stampede match.
Saraya Discusses Long-Term Goals
Despite only being a part of All Elite Wrestling for just over a year, the former WWE star has already left a lasting impression with her work in the promotion. Along with announcing that she was once again cleared to compete, Saraya would be a part of the first-ever All In show in the UK. Making the show a night to remember, the British star would capture the Women’s Championship in a 4-way match with her family in attendance.
Shortly before All In, Saraya detailed her long-term goals in wrestling.
