AEW Star Calls Out TNA For Using Her Intellectual Property

New Details Emerge On Why TNA & AEW's Partnership Ended

Things turn tense as a popular AEW star calls out TNA wrestling for using her IP.

Trademarks and intellectual property rights often play a major role in the pro-wrestling industry. Patented trademarks or names often help a pro-wrestler prosper in the industry, earn fame, or even become a vital part of their income resource.

Recently, popular AEW and ROH star Diamante called out TNA Wrestling on X(Twitter) for using her patented in-ring name. In a now-deleted post, TNA had uploaded a video of Tessa Blanchard with the caption “Diamante”. However, the post soon caught the eye of the All Elite Wrestler, who shared an image of her patent trademark.

In another post, she shared her thoughts on the entire situation:

“Not sure, hope they cut the 💩 tho. I be real chill until I’m not.”

TNA Wrestling has since then deleted the post. Although there has been no official statement from either side yet.

Former Intercontinental Champion Credits AEW For Changing This Infamous WWE Culture

Recently, during an appearance on Busted Open Radio, former Intercontinental Champion and released WWE star Carlito credited All Elite Wrestling for successfully changing the infamous ‘bullying’ culture in WWE.

“I don’t mean to knock on Vince [McMahon], but, you know, he seemed to have his certain things you have to do this way and the next day it changed, whatever, you know, certain rules, just stupidity. They liked people walking around on eggshells. Because it was the only game in town and they liked the boys knowing that, you know what I mean? I think now that with AEW being around too, it’s helped. They cant — they know they can’t bully because there’s other places for people to go. That’s added to it.”
