WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett is well known for breaking guitars over his opponents and has not held back his criticism when seeing musician Hardy using his favourite instrument on Raw.
Hardy, whose single Sold Out is the official theme for the 2023 Royal Rumble, was ringside for a no disqualification match between Elias and Solo Sikoa on January 2nd. During the bout, Hardy jumped into the ring and picked up a wooden guitar to use on The Bloodline member.
The spot was created with Raw was taking place in Nashville, Tennessee. But it was not a smashing success according to Double J, who tweeted:
Wow, @HardyMusic
… that has to be the most pathetic guitar shot in the history of the professional wrestling industry…get away from our business and go back to singing jingles… @AEW

Jeff Jarrett Promises A Receipt Is Coming To AEW Rival
Jarrett is starting the new year locked in a feud with the AEW Tag Team Champions The Acclaimed, following a sensational last 12 months which saw him spending his days competing in Ric Flair’s last match and refereeing at WWE SummerSlam before debuting in AEW.
On the most recent episode of his My World podcast, with Conrad Thompson, to answer back after The Acclaimed had used his wife’s former relationship with Kurt Angle in a promo.
“I’m sick of it, Conrad. I’m absolutely sick of the BS of my wife, I am defending my wife. I’m absolutely sick of all the crap. Max Caster, you crossed the line. Pal, you have no idea of the can of worms you’ve opened? None. A receipt is coming Wednesday. I assure you that.”
Not that The Acclaimed took the threats lying down with Anthony Bowens firing back with some shots of his own. Bowens warned Jarrett against trying to take liberties with his partner Max Caster while professing his respect for Kurt Angle.
