This popular AEW is open for a match against Toni Storm.

Making her All Elite Wrestling debut in 2022, Toni Storm has since then evolved into one of the top stars on the roster. A 4-time Women’s Champion at the promotion, she now dons a Hollywood gimmick, popularly known as ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm.

Storm recently concluded her heated rivalry against Mariah May and is engaged in a new brewing feud against Megan Bayne. However, Storm’s former rival, Nyla Rose, is also open to facing her inside the squared circle.

While the two women have faced each other in the past, things are different now. Recently, speaking to Flickering Myth, Rose opened up on facing Storm in the future, and claimed how the match will be both a “laugh riot” and “golden cinema”.

“Honestly, I’ve gotten in the ring with Toni Storm, but I’ve not gotten in the ring with timeless Toni Storm. I think that would be a laugh riot. Well, that’s not entirely true. We touched, we locked horns briefly, very briefly in a one-off tag match. But like to actually have something with her would be, that would be golden cinema.”

Rose and Storm last faced each other in singles action back on the 29th June 2022 episode of Rampage, with Storm scoring the victory.

Former AEW Women’s Champion Has Praised Toni Storm’s Growth

Speaking with Rick Ucchino of The Takedown on SI, former Women’s Champion Saraya opened up on her former ‘The Outcasts’ member Toni Storm’s growth and evolution. Heaping praises on promo skills, she said,

“I just remember when we we’re in a group, me and Ruby [Soho] were helping [Toni] with promos. She would just have one line and be terrified to do this line. She’d be going over it and over it and over it, while me and Ruby had all these lines.”

“She’s one of the best promos and characters, I think, of all time. And she’s one of my favorites all together right now. She is making wrestling fun and exciting and I love that. And it’s just funny seeing her from two years ago… when she was scared to pick up a microphone.”

“Once you have a character and something that you’re enjoying in wrestling, you wanna put a hundred percent of your mind, body, and soul into it. And she’s doing it. And she’s so humble about it and I love that for her. She’s just like, ‘I hope I’m doing a good job.’ I’m like, ‘Babe, you are smashing it! You are the best thing in wrestling right now.’”
