Tony Khan’s AEW has set an all-time new record.
Despite a recent run of falling ratings and questionable viewership in the United States, All Elite Wrestling has now witnessed a bright ray of hope. Just a few weeks after ITV and the wrestling promotion announced an extension of their existing UK rights deal, it has borne fruits.
The All Elite Wrestling president recently posted on social media and announced that Dynamite and Collision touted record viewership on ITV in the UK. Addressing the victory, he shared on X(Twitter):
“According to ITVSport, this week Dynamite on ITV4 set the all time record: this week Dynamite had our most live viewers ever in the UK! This past month has been our best UK ratings run ever, with the all-time record set this week!”
In another Tweet, he commented how both of his shows set a record for most viewers.
“BOTH of our AEW tv shows AEW Dynamite + AEW Collision set all-time records for most viewers ever in the UK this week! What an amazing milestone ITVSport. Both Dynamite AND Collision set all-time UK viewership records in the same week!!”
Although the viewership and rating details were not shared. The Jacksonville-based promotion has been airing on the network since its inception in 2019.
In a previous report by Dave Meltzer of WON on 27th January 2025, he addressed the promotion’s recent ratings and how the January 15, 2025, episode drew the largest live viewing in more than two years.
