AEW Rampage Spoilers – March 17th, 2023

AEW Rampage Graphic

On March 15th AEW rolled into Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada for the first time.

Ahead of the Rampage taping, Dynamite took place in front of a raucous crowd, desperate to see hometown hero Kenny Omega. The former AEW World Champion was in action in the main event where he teamed with The Young Bucks to take on the Jericho Appreciation Society and The House of Black. When all was said and done it was World Trios Champions The House of Black who retained the gold.

However, that couldn’t ruin the night for Omega, who thanked fans for their support when the show went off the air.

Elsewhere, MJF was confronted by Sammy Guevara, “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry, and Darby Allin as the ‘Four Pillars’ of AEW came together in a storyline for the first time.

While Jade Cargill defended her TBS Title against Nicole Matthews before being confronted by a debuting Taya Valkyrie. In the other title match on the night, Orange Cassidy successfully defended what is now known as the International Championship against Jeff Jarrett.
