The Black Friday edition of AEW Rampage aired at a special start time of 4pmET/3pmCT and saw a shocking heel turn from Dark Order’s 10 in the main event. The trios bout was supposed to be John Silver, Alex Reynolds, and 10 against RUSH, The Butcher & The Blade, but 10 (otherwise known as Pres10 Vance) was nowhere to be found. However, when Negative One and Evil Uno sent 10 in to help his teammates while they were in peril, he attacked them instead, turning his back on his longtime allies.
After 10 attacked John Silver, RUSH was able to score the pinfall victory for his team. After the bout, Prest10 Vance took off his mask and threw it at Negative One.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the Black Friday edition of AEW Rampage with an early start time drew an average of 411,000 viewers with a 0.11 rating in the 18-49 year old demographic. This is a decrease from the previous week’s AEW Rampage episode that aired in its normal time slot, which drew an average of 445,000 viewers with a 0.14 rating in the prime demographic.
The November 25th episode of AEW Rampage also saw Claudio Castagnoli confront Chris Jericho and the Jericho Appreciation Society. The two will face off for the Ring of Honor World Championship at ROH Final Battle.
